Purchases & Payments

How do I buy your books or products? I offer my products through several trusted platforms. Depending on the item, you can purchase directly through my site (processed by Paddle) or via external retailers like Amazon, Google Play Books, and Kobo.

Who is Paddle? Paddle is my authorized "Merchant of Record" and payment processor. When you buy a product directly from this site, Paddle handles the secure transaction and ensures local sales taxes are correctly applied. Your bank statement will likely show "PADDLE.NET" for these purchases.

Do you see my credit card information? No. Your payment security is a priority. All financial data is handled securely by the payment platforms (Paddle, Amazon, etc.) and never stored on JesusaLove.com.

How will I receive my digital product? Once your purchase is complete via Paddle, you will receive an email with a secure download link. For purchases made on Amazon, Google Play, or Kobo, the product will be delivered according to those platforms’ standard delivery methods (e.g., to your Kindle or Kobo library).

What do I get for joining the newsletter? By opting into my newsletter via Hostinger Reach, you’ll receive updates on new releases, exclusive creative insights, and news about upcoming projects. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

How can I support your creative journey? The best way to support my work is by purchasing my books and products! You can also join my Patreon community (found in the footer or the Crowdfunding page) for behind-the-scenes content or follow me on my Facebook Page.

What is your refund policy? Because digital products (like e-books) are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue or an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact me or Paddle support, and we will do our best to help.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

4. Subscriptions and Crowdfunding

We do not offer native subscription plans on JesusaLove.com. However, we provide links to our Patreon page for crowdfunding and subscription-based community support. Your interaction with Patreon is governed solely by Patreon’s terms and conditions.
